Terms and Conditions

All Comfort B&B is a private retreat for adult couples and is not really suitable for children.though we may accept 1 or 2.

All Comfort B&B is a smoke free environment, there is no smoking in suites, on balconies or around the buildings BBQ area only for those who indulge.

Deposits are not refundable.
Cancellations advised 3 days or more prior to arrival (14 days for holiday periods), may transfer deposit to another time and  date.
NO refund for early departures.

Gift Certificates are not refundable nor transferable.

Holiday Tariffs apply to Long Weekends, Easter, Christmas & New Year Periods

Holiday & Weekend periods, 1 night minimum bookings apply.
Additional bedding $40 extra per night pp 
All tariffs are per couple, per night and include breakfast.
Prices are valid as of June, 2009 and are subject to change without notice.
All tariffs are in Australian Dollars and include GST.
Reservations are confirmed by a inter net deposit of 50% for packages and 100% for single nights,please note that All Comfort  B&B does not have Debit Card or EFTPOS available

Balance payable on arrival by cash only or inter net 3 days prior to arrival for holiday periods).
Check-in from 2pm. Check-out by 10am.

Early check-in and late check-out, if available, will incur additional fees.
Damage to any the suites requiring attention from trade services will be charged to the guest before departure

Visitors - for the comfort of all guests staying at All Comfort B&B, no outside visitors are permitted entry to the Bed & Breakfast without the direct consent of your hosts

When making enquiries via our website, whilst booking your accommodation, or during your stay with us, we may collect certain personal information such as contact details and credit card information necessary for your reservation. Please rest assured any personal information collected by us remains confidential.

LUXURY SUITE include breakfast and has lge ensuite walk in robe , quality linen fluffy white robes and all complimentry shampoos body wash conditioners etc, you have Tea Coffee in your room  with china etc otdoor spa $10.00 towels available.

SUNSET ROOM includes breakfast has share bathroom facilities with complimentry shampoo body wash etc, robes in your wardrobe and  tea coffee in room, use of outdoor spa fee applies $10.00 towels available.

All peak seasons will be charghed at a higher rates as will long week-ends.
